Steelbridge does not provide leasing services as we believe that investors are better served and conflicts avoided by separating the leasing and management functions. This enables our clients to source best in class leasing agents by sub-market on a competitive basis, resulting in the creation of appropriate checks and balances in the day to day business of leasing and managing.
