A multitalented individual with over a decade of experience in administrative assistance and office management, Daphanie Hernandez juggles a multitude of responsibilities and communicates directly with property managers, banks, asset managers, tenants and vendors on numerous Steelbridge accounts. Aside from client services, training and mentoring, Daphanie is responsible for across the board accounting, assisting in the creation of multi-million dollar budgets, assisting with the management of REO bank-owned properties, verifying insurance compliance, obtaining financial data, and maintaining complete and accurate accounting records. Daphanie holds associate degrees from both Miami Dade College and Barry University and is currently obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Florida International University.
