Michael E. Manno

Managing Principal

Leading Steelbridge’s portfolio management division, Michael Manno’s unique expertise is derived from a broad background in construction, development, and property and asset management. Michael began his career in New Jersey as a construction/development superintendent before relocating to Florida, where he served as Senior Project Manager for a regional builder, specializing in code compliance for hi-rise buildings, and Development/Project Management for multiple design/build firms, supervising several big box retail projects.

Equipped with extensive expertise in construction and development, Michael was recruited by Uccello Immobilien GmbH to oversee the operations of Uccello’s U.S. portfolio, comprised of over one million square feet of office buildings in Florida and Texas. In this role, he successfully renovated and repositioned the company’s portfolio by reducing operating expenses and efficiently managing construction projects. He owned and operated his own Miami-based firm, Max Property Management, Inc., until the company was merged with Steelbridge in 2009.

A varsity football player, prizewinning javelin thrower, and avid scuba diver, Michael graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with a Bachelor’s of Science.
