Equity Office Sells Park Place for $22M
Steelbridge, Apollo JV Acquires 169,000 SF in Clearwater
Steelbridge Capital and Apollo Global Management LLC purchased the four-building Park Place Promenade office park at 311 and 410 – 430 Park Place Blvd. in Clearwater, FL from Equity Office for $22 million, or about $130 per square foot.
The four office buildings have a combined square footage of 168,668, including a six-story, 118,447-square-foot office building and three single-story, promenade-style office buidlings. The property was constructed in 1985 in the Bayside submarket of Pinellas County.
John Gerlach with Colliers International Tampa Bay Florida represented the sellers. The buyer handled the sale in-house.
