We employ research driven strategies and a proprietary technology called Antaeus® to identify markets and buildings with true competitive advantages that have been temporarily discounted due to supply or demand imbalances in the real estate capital, operating or information markets, or where values can be significantly enhanced through redevelopment and repositioning of an asset through best in class and aligned management and leasing teams.

We leverage deep industry relationships to create proprietary deal flow and reimagine and transform properties through repositioning, inventive redesign, aggressive capital improvement campaigns, and intensive asset management efforts. To achieve this, Steelbridge assembles best-in-class brokerage teams, creative marketing and PR firms, and leading architects and contractors to achieve success. Although we are value-add and opportunistic investors and contrarian in approach, at the core of our investment philosophy is preservation of capital and a rigorous proprietary analytical framework that concentrates on a systematic approach to real estate risk pricing and management.
