Advised and assisted Allegra Holdings in the sourcing, bidding, acquisition and due diligence of Bayview Executive Plaza and Continental Plaza in Coconut Grove, Florida. Upon closing, Steelbridge was awarded property management and implemented an aggressive capital improvement and leasing program over a 12 month period to assist in tenant retention that aided the property in moving from 88% to 100% in 12 months. The building was awarded a BOMA Toby Award for Best Small Building of the Year in 2015.
